Le Domaine de l'Eilen is a beautiful, secluded residence in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, just 900 m away from the long sandy beach of Cavalaire-sur-Mer.
This small-scale residence was built in 2009 on a hill in the Bay of Cavalaire-sur-Mer between the Provencal umbrella trees. The residence has a central reception where you can ask questions and get tips for the region. There is plenty to do and with 300 days of sunshine a year, this destination is also very attractive during the off season!
Of course, we'll mention again, the beautiful white sandy beach adjacent to the typical southern French umbrella trees. At just 2 km away, you will arrive at the boulevard of Cavalaire-sur-Mer and here you'll have plenty of choice of cozy restaurants. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is situated just before the Golfe de Saint-Tropez between Le Lavandou and Sainte-Maxime. Due to its location on the Mediterranean Sea and with the Massif des Maures behind it, Cavalaire-sur-Mer benefits from a pleasant climate.
The original fishing village has become one of the most popular resorts on the Cote d'Azur. The Eilen Estate chose to nestle 900m from the sea and its splendid bay, in a lovely residential setting. With its unobstructed view of the Provençal hinterland and its mainly south-facing aspect, the estate offers you a state-of-the art villa with non-heated individual swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-November, depending on the weather), installed on a private estate.
The villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a decorative fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a washing machine and dryer. The villa disposes of three bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and two with each two single beds, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a separate toilet.
The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool. The size of the garden is 200 m². There is also a parking spot and garage next to the villa.
